{"id":4374,"date":"2022-09-28T19:21:25","date_gmt":"2022-09-28T17:21:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gral53.fr\/?p=4374"},"modified":"2022-09-28T19:21:25","modified_gmt":"2022-09-28T17:21:25","slug":"stage-initiation-grande-voie-15-au-22-avril-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gral53.fr\/index.php\/2022\/09\/28\/stage-initiation-grande-voie-15-au-22-avril-2023\/","title":{"rendered":"Stage Initiation Grande Voie &#8211; 15 au 22 Avril 2023"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Grimpeuses grimpeurs,<\/p>\n<p>Le Gral a le plaisir de vous proposer un stage d&rsquo;initiation \u00e0 la Grande Voie du Samedi 15 au Samedi 22 Avril 2023 en Ari\u00e8ge.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;objectif de ce stage est de faire d\u00e9couvrir ou red\u00e9couvrir la grande voie et d&rsquo;enseigner les manips de base \u00e0 des grimpeurs non exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s en grande voie. On pourra \u00e9voluer par exemple dans des voies de 250 m en 5b+ max, avec une marche d&rsquo;approche d&rsquo;environ 20 min (Pr\u00e9lude dans le secteur de Calam\u00e8s).<\/p>\n<p>Le topos sont disponibles\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/cafma.free.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ICI<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Les pr\u00e9requis sont les suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00catre \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise en grimpe en ext\u00e9rieur dans le 5 \u00e0 5 sup.<\/li>\n<li>Connaitre les manips de maillon rapide et de rappel<\/li>\n<li>Avoir une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience de grimpe en t\u00eate dans du 4\/5<\/li>\n<li>Etre majeur et licenci\u00e9 au Gral<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le stage sera encadr\u00e9 par Olivier du Gral et Morgan guide de haute montagne avec qui nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 organis\u00e9 des stages.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #339966;\"><strong>Le stage est ouvert \u00e0 8 personnes<\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> pour permettre \u00e0 toutes et \u00e0 tous d&rsquo;\u00e9voluer en grande voie et avec un encadrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>La difficult\u00e9 des voies sera adapt\u00e9e en fonction du niveau de chacun.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier organisera 2 ou 3 s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9vision et de pr\u00e9paration aux manips avant le stage.
