{"id":2354,"date":"2021-06-02T16:08:54","date_gmt":"2021-06-02T14:08:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gral53.fr\/?p=2354"},"modified":"2021-06-02T21:55:14","modified_gmt":"2021-06-02T19:55:14","slug":"reprise-des-cours-adultes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gral53.fr\/index.php\/2021\/06\/02\/reprise-des-cours-adultes\/","title":{"rendered":"Reprise des cours adultes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re tentative rat\u00e9e \u00e0 cause de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, le premier cours adulte depuis fort fort longtemps a bien eu lieu.<\/p>\n<p>Antoine et Olivier ont retrouv\u00e9 une partie du groupe sur le site de Chang\u00e9, tr\u00e8s beau mur pour r\u00e9apprendre les basics.<\/p>\n<p>Les sourires (derri\u00e8re les masques) \u00e9taient sur tous les visages, quel bonheur de se retrouver dehors.<\/p>\n<p>Reprise en douceur et d\u00e9but d&rsquo;approche de la grimpe en t\u00eate, avec la pose des premi\u00e8res d\u00e9gaines et clippages. Dans 2 ou 3 s\u00e9ances ils pourront tous monter les cordes, ce qui fera le plaisir d&rsquo;Olivier \ud83d\ude09 .<\/p>\n<p>Les prochaines s\u00e9ances auront lieu \u00e0 Chang\u00e9, Saint Berthevin puis Saulges le Gral &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les grimpeurs du Jeudi soir seront aussi invit\u00e9s pour des s\u00e9ances en ext\u00e9rieur.
